In industries where high-speed goods movement or robotic-style transports are required, a superior concrete floor surface is critical. Modern warehouse facilities having very high forklift traffic, high bay racking and conveyor systems require floors of exceptional strength, durability and flatness. And by flat, we mean flat. To millimetre precision. Such a task can't be left to concreters who merely cobble together a few hands to lay a few metres of concrete. |

It requires
detailed planning, experienced personnel, specialised equipment and detailed
knowledge - attributes which has placed Saccardo Constructions
at the very forefront of this speciality in Australia. Over many years, Saccardo Constructions has researched, developed and become proficient in competitive system which can deliver a floor with a max deviation from absolute datum level of only 10mm, high F numbers, ie flatness of plus or minus 2mm over a 3 meter straight edge. We can achieve this consistently, over many thousands of square meters. |
| Pour sizes can be up
to 2 or 3 thousand square metres reducing construction time - and, more
importantly, the amount of floor joints required. For the client this
means he gets his building for occupation or rental much quicker - and
with less joints in wide-expanse concrete floors, there's less on-going
maintenance. |
